Jim is Merchants' Assistant Vice President of Commercial Surety.  He is a graduate of the University of South Dakota with a degree in Business Administration.  Prior to joining Merchants Bonding Company in 2004, he was the National Program Manager for CNA Surety in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Jim has obtained the Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bond underwriting designation from the CPCU Society.
