Josh, who joined Merchants in 1996 as a Contract Underwriter, is Assistant Vice President and Southeast Branch Manager in Merchants' Texas office.  He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance.  Josh is a native of Longview, Texas.

AUDREY WILLIAMS
Assistant Vice President, SE Commercial Surety

Audrey, who attended Austin Community College, joined Merchants in 1973. She was appointed Assistant Vice President in 1996 and is Merchants' Southeast Commercial Surety Manager.  Audrey is a native of San Antonio, Texas and a member of the Surety association of Texas, the Independent Insurance Agents Association of Texas and the Federation of Insurance Women of Texas.  She has served on the Government Relations and Regional Steering Committees for the National Association of Surety Bond Producers.
