The Merchants Bonding Claims office is second-to-none in care and personal service when handling claims. Our experienced staff is located throughout the United States and along with the underwriting team, is responsible for a loss ratio consistently below the national average.

STAN McCORMACK

Executive Vice President & Claims Manager

Stan works in Merchants' Phoenix office and was formerly Assistant Vice President of Underwriting in the corporate office.  Stan graduated from Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa with a business degree and spent six years as an insurance and surety agent.  He became Claims Manager in 1986. He served seven years as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the National Bond Claims Association and is a member of several regional surety claims organizations.
