2020 Highlighted by Innovation, Ingenuity and Progress

Good news was hard to come by in 2020, but for Merchants Bonding Company it was a successful year with organic growth, highlighted by innovation, ingenuity and progress toward our vision of becoming a top 10 surety. As one team we rose to the challenges, stayed on mission and emerged from 2020 even stronger.

Merchants’ agility shined as leadership worked quickly to pivot strategic plans and respond to the rapidly changing needs of our agents, obligees, principals and associates.  The challenges of working from home were quickly overcome and Merchants experienced no business interruption while maintaining our commitment to first class experiences for every relationship and an engaging culture for all associates.
