All requests for funding from the Merchants Bonding Company Foundation must be submitted through our online grant application. Telephone requests are not accepted. Each application is carefully evaluated on overall community impact, compliance with Merchants Bonding Company Foundation’s focus areas and availability of funds.  Merchants has two major donation periods each year in the Spring and Fall.  Spring/Summer requests should be made by March 1 and Fall Winter/Requests should be made by August 1, to be considered.
