Merchants Bonding Company™ is in its third week of working from home and our associates are happily making the best of a challenging situation. “We are using technology to collaborate with our teams and our agent partners across the country,” said Senior Vice President of Operations Bill Warner Jr, “We are working hard to deliver first class experiences and have had no business interruption.”  

During this time, Merchants’ associates are going above and beyond reviewing and adapting policies to the constantly changing surety industry. We are suspending cancellations for nonpayment of premium. Find more information here.
