E-Bonding Just Got Easier!
Send your client the link - they fill out the online application and submit it directly to the Hub.
The e-application allows agents to electronically send a commercial bond application from the Merchants Bonding Company Hub™ directly to their clients. Upon completion of the application, information entered flows straight into the Hub, easing the data collection process for the agent.
Agents simply click a button on the Hub which emails an online form to the applicant. The e-application will show fields relevant to the bond. If owner information like Social Security Number is needed to pull credit for underwriting, the applicant can enter it into our secure system via the e-application.
Once the applicant fills out the form, their data will flow directly into the order process on the Hub, appearing on the live preview page as well as the bond application. The agent receives an email notifying them the application is ready and they can finish the order by completing the remaining fields.
After the bond is submitted, the pre-filled application is available to add electronic signatures or to download as a PDF.
