MERCHANTS ANNOUNCES NEW UNDERWRITING DIVISION

Merchants Bonding Company announces the addition of Specialty Solutions, a new underwriting division offering a hand-up to small and emerging contractors working to qualify for surety credit. Expanding use of collateral offerings, funds administration and subdivision bonding, as well as a new partnership with the SBA surety bond guarantee program, are all enhancing the ways we can help our agent partners and their contractor clients.

SUCCESSFUL CONTINUING EDUCATION WEBINAR

Over 350 attendees from across the country tuned in to Merchants' Introduction to Commercial Surety webinar. The course covered a wide range of surety topics including the difference between surety and insurance and indemnity agreements. The post-event survey indicated excellent results.
