Facilitating Flexibility

Merchants Bonding Company’s ^TM   latest investment in our headquarters is a new outdoor space designed to support connectivity and collaboration. The space functions both as a work zone and as a vibrant spot for Merchants’ associates to gather, celebrate, and have fun.

Flexible Functionality

Design features supporting the space in ‘work mode’ include Wi-Fi access, large tables with built-in power sources, and mobile monitors for meetings. For entertaining, there’s an outdoor kitchen area, fire pit, lovely landscaping, and comfortable furnishings.

The exterior space is a natural extension of our building’s overall design which features an open concept floor plan, collaborative work spaces, leading edge technology, and modern finishes. One of the most striking and memorable features of our building is the art throughout, much of which was created by Iowa artists.

Supporting Our Return To Office

Predicting that Return To Office (RTO) policies would continue to evolve, Merchants implemented plans to support our own transitioning needs. This new space is one of the highlights of those plans, accommodating a variety of work styles, and providing an updated setting for Merchants’ many memorable celebrations.
