Sacramento Native Andy Pham Joins Merchants Bonding Company as Contract Underwriter

SACRAMENTO, California, September 29, 2026 — Merchants Bonding Company is pleased to announce that Andy Pham has joined as a contract underwriter, serving agents in Sacramento and across Northern California.
Pham brings more than two years of surety underwriting experience to the role. He most recently worked at Bond Exchange in Sacramento, where he handled commercial and contract surety bonds. Pham holds a Property and Casualty (P&C) license and is working toward his Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bonding (AFSB) designation.
Pham was born and raised in Sacramento and earned his bachelor's degree in business management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. In his new role at Merchants Bonding, Pham will work directly with local agents in his hometown and throughout the Northern California market.
As a Merchants Bonding underwriter, Pham is dedicated to helping Sacramento-area agents find the right path forward for their clients' bonding needs.
