Seattle-Based David Tran Joins Merchants Bonding Company as Senior Contract Underwriting Territory Manager

SEATTLE, Washington, October 6, 2026 — Merchants Bonding Company is excited to announce that David Tran has joined as a senior contract underwriting territory manager, serving agents across the Pacific Northwest.
Tran brings eight years of surety industry experience to the role, having previously worked at CNA Surety and Berkley Surety.
Tran is based in Seattle and graduated from Central Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in finance. As a Merchants Bonding Company underwriter, Tran is looking forward to putting that background to work for agents across the region.
