Spread the Word: Funding to Learn the Trades is Available

Contractors continue to face a tough labor market, with a predicted shortfall of more than 500,000 workers in 2024. Help encourage interest in the industry by spreading the word there's scholarship money available! 

Who Can Apply?

Any student pursuing a craft or technical program is eligible for a Workforce Development Scholarship through the AGC Education and Research Foundation. Due to the important ties between the construction and surety industries, Merchants chose to help fund these scholarships in recognition of our 90^th anniversary in 2023.

The application window is open March 1 – June 1, 2024.
