"Winning" Throughout Your Career

Merchants Bonding Company recently welcomed Hall of Fame broadcaster and author of “Hangin’ with Winners,” Ray Cole to talk with associates about what he has learned about “winning” throughout his career.

A few of Ray's "winning" takeaways were to always remain curious, never be satisfied and display optimism and gratitude. 

Ray is a Hall of Fame broadcaster whose career spans five decades. As president and chief operating officer of Citadel Communications Company, Ray has held leadership roles on the boards of the ABC-TV Affiliates Association, National Association of Broadcasters, Television Bureau of Advertising and Broadcasters Foundation of America.
