Surety Bonds at Work

Construction is a risky business. Even the most experienced and highly qualified contractors can run into unexpected complications. Surety bonds minimize this risk, protecting owners, lenders and tax payers from financial losses should a contractor fail to perform the contract. A surety bond from Merchants Bonding Company guarantees financial security and successful completion of construction projects.  Below are just a few examples of Merchants' surety bonds at work.
