Surety Bonds at Work

Construction is a risky business. Even the most experienced and highly qualified contractors can run into unexpected complications. Surety bonds minimize this risk, protecting owners, lenders and tax payers from financial losses should a contractor fail to perform the contract. A surety bond from Merchants Bonding Company guarantees financial security and successful completion of construction projects.  Below are just a few examples of Merchants' surety bonds at work.

Martin's Park is located on the historic South Boston Waterfront, next to the Children's Museum. It is an inclusive play space offering opportunities for children of all abilities to experience discovery and exploration.
